how can i identify Hatch Rattle, I mean once and awhile i'll hear a noise, cant identify what it is, it's not the Sunroof, that makes no noise at all... and if I go over like the expansion joint on a highway over pass, stuff in the back makes alot of noise, I think its the spare tire and jack in the back I think...not sure , need some insight...

yeah this is where you gotta go back there and remove some of the stuff around teh spare tire (if it's not very secure).. it helps if you can have a friend in the back.. on mine it was needing some foam tape on the bumper stops on either side of the hatch.. put that on and instant quiet..


and expansion? yeah when the back end would flex from side to side (uneven from left to right) it would make a noise back there.. but it's fixed now

I got a question, anyone with a 5 speed notice slow throttle responce? Like when I hit the gas it take a sec for the motor to do anything, is this normal??? And if I goto put the clutch in from any speed when i'm stopping I notice the motor goes down to idle then up to 1000rpms then slowly back down to idle, is that normal too???

yeah there is a slight delay due to the throttle-by-wire deal (all electronic).. i know it sucks but most of us have gotten used to it

well, i just went on a trip to Costa Mesa and came back last night, First thing, this car is really bumpy on the highway. First time on the 405, took it like a champ. So i did have shaking for the first time, but it only lasted about a minute and it went away. Other than that I have no clue. NOW I HAVE TO GET SOME SLEEP BECAUSE THE NEW COLLEGE SEMESTER STARTS UP.
