hey let us know if you have any rattles in the car in any place (sunroof, hatchback, glovebox, etc).. always wanting to know if they fixed them on the '06..

because it was a huge problem in the 05's and a couple of 06 owners have reported rattles as well.. so since yours is newer (just getting it) and figuring you have a later production run.. we can figure out when it was fixed (rattles) that's why..

hey if since you don't have rattles, would you mind giving us the last 6 digits of your VIN? it's nothing that is security oriented.. those last couple digits means what the production run number was of your car.. thanks..

so far on scionlife it's been relevant.. just the last 6 digits.. don't want the whole thing just the prodution number

too much fraud out there it's why we don't want ya posting the whole thing.. so thanks in advance for those numbers..

how can i identify Hatch Rattle, I mean once and awhile i'll hear a noise, cant identify what it is, it's not the Sunroof, that makes no noise at all... and if I go over like the expansion joint on a highway over pass, stuff in the back makes alot of noise, I think its the spare tire and jack in the back I think...not sure , need some insight...

Oh, Digi Cam is a Kodak DX3500 2.2 Megapixel....

yeah this is where you gotta go back there and remove some of the stuff around teh spare tire (if it's not very secure).. it helps if you can have a friend in the back.. on mine it was needing some foam tape on the bumper stops on either side of the hatch.. put that on and instant quiet..


and expansion? yeah when the back end would flex from side to side (uneven from left to right) it would make a noise back there.. but it's fixed now

yeah there is a slight delay due to the throttle-by-wire deal (all electronic).. i know it sucks but most of us have gotten used to it
