You can keep your existing radio. Here is what you will need:

With the free year of service, it's cheaper than buying a different XM receiver at Circuit City, especially since if you went that route you would still need an adapter to connect to the stock radio, and the stock radio wouldn't be able to control the XM receiver directly.
