I GOT A SERIES 1.0 TC AND EVERY TIME I TAKE MY FOOT OFF THE CLUTCH WHEN SHIFTING,IT MAKES A WHISTLE SOUND AS IF IT HAS A BLOW OFF VALVE.IT'S NOT REAL LOUD BUT I CAN DEFINATELY HEAR IT WHILE DRIVING.IT ALSO DOES IT WHEN IM IDLING AND I REV UP THE ENGINE.I KNOW THE TC IS NOT TURBO CHARGED SO DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY IT DOES IT?AND IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE IT LOUDER??

I do believe it is the cams... it will only happen at lower RPMs. And not to my knowledge can you make it louder. You don't have a turbo, so don't be a ricer and try to make people think you do... you just make yourself look like a jackass.
