What do you guys think looks better: The Nakayama shumaker r8's or r10's? Black finish that is.

Also concidering the Ace Manta's in silver. Also considering chrome but than again everyone my age is against that idea. Does anyone out there like the way chrome looks on a black car?

Thanks

I prefer the R8's... they're a cleaner look... those fake rivets are a turnoff.

Ed has the Mantas.. they're sleek rims... I like the look. Don't copy him though! He wants to be unique!

If Rob's not in or near NY, I'm cool w/it...

PS If the R10 are a true 3-piece wheel, I think they look awesome. If they're 1-piece with rivets for look, that's poseur.

Just my $0.02USD

In wisconsin guys. And I can't find anywhere if those r10's are a two pc. But for $160 for the 17" on wheelsnext.com, I doubt the are. They don't have a price on the 18's. Another thing, can't find the offset and bolt pattern specs either. Probably going to call and get the rest of the info. Leaning towards the r8's but like the rivets on the r10's, even though they're most likely fake. Just wish the r8s had somewhat more of a dish, like that contrast between the rim and the lip.

I still like the R8 a lot more.

Incredibly heavy for no reason at all. They look fine, but damn they weigh a lot for such a narrow rim.
