My 4 tires are pretty much gone so I ordered new tires from Tirerack. I need to find a place can mount those tires for me. I could go to Tire Kingdom or Discount Tire but the machine they use will scratch up the rims. Anyone can recommand a place would do it? UNCC area would be nice too.

He is most likely getting just the tires and not the rims. You need a special machine to put tires on wheels.

I can't dismount and mount 18X9. I also need a machine to balance the rims. Anyway, I found a place could do it.

Just make sure they use a nylon bar, that will avoid marks on your rims.
