sometimes the wait is longer then others.
If somebody wants a Azure 5SPd the wait would be non-existant.

I was screwing with code in the sig trying to make something work in a way that Paypal didn't want me to. I'm sure a few people saw a really fvcked up, code-heavy sig for a few moments.
