well im thinking about getting a 92 supra, and i wasn't sure what a targa top was. so basically if i remove the targa top, and roll down the windows, it will be like a convertible. Then during the winter, i can put it back on to be like a coupe.
Most MkIII and MkIV Supras have a targa top. Targa came from Porsche. It's a removeable roof panel like a T-top but without the bar. When you take the top off the car turns into a flexible flyer. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find a Supra with a hardtop, and they are worth a lot more than their targa topped bretheren in the hard core Supra communities.
Yes, mine is one of less than 350 hardtop TT MkIV Supras imported to the US.
