What the hell...

I just noticed this on my car.. on the front bumper there is a circular cut on the right hand side.. it looks precut for something.. i looked online and saw that all scion tc's have this.. WTF is it!?!

.... the stuff people come up with...

... yeha i like to think that we can just tell people that the circular hole cut out is to better service our car during rugh times.....but what the hell... i took out the patch so i caould add 1.54893 horse power to my ride ....rofl..
