Just how bad is it for the car to give it a wash when it's a little below freezing? I'm getting really tired of having what looks to be a "dirty flint mica" of sorts, and I'd like to wash it. But just how bad is it for the car to give it a wash when it's freezing outside? I'm sure it's not the best thing I can do for it, that's for sure. But I just want to get all of the damn salt off of it.
