warrenty breaker

Simply putting them in your car will not void a thing.

However, shoddy work that screws up your whole electrical system wouldn't go over well with the dealership.

I had he same question. I just need to put in an amp kit, will that void my warranty, or can the dealer do it so i have no problems? I just need little insight from anybody, especially if you work in the dealership.

.....if you dont know how to hook up an amp don't do it, pay a stereo shop.....

the dealer will not install any aftermarket parts that they dont sell.

go to google.com. search for "magnussen warranty act". it basically says they have to prove whatever u did caused the damage, and it only voids the part u affected, like the electircal system, not the powertain or anything.
