Yes. That's pretty much it.

A while ago the city of NY admitted, for the first time to public, that the NY's Finest (aka. cops) have to issue a certain number of tickets.

That's why my friend got a ticket for parking "too close to the hydrant" but he was parking to a meter! So they were ordered to find ways to screw us over, so Bloomberg can fix his budget, by taxing on us, one way or the other. I was issued a ticket for 1 minute over (11:30am street cleaning).

Did you know that NJ has a law to make non-NJ people pay EXTRA For any tickets?

For non NJ who violates the same thing, it's almost double. Thats what my NJ friend told me.

Wow, you two actually saying that you guys always drive within the speed limit, and that people should do that as well?

Highways in New York are 40MPH limit. Freeway is 60MPH.

Of course the traffic flow determines the speed. BUT I am VERY interested in seeing a town or city where people, or you two, actually drive the speed limit.
