TRD Sway Bar Trouble

Does anybody have a better installation guide that the one that comes with the TRD Sway Bar? Or pics of the completed install? I installed mine last night and everything looks good, but whenever I go over a bump while I'm turning I get a knock sound.

Check all the bolts/nuts you touched - retorque them.
its difficult to imagine how it would mate up without being in correctly. i would re-torque everything. also, something i found out on the 4th install - loosen the bushing mounts on the sway bar a little so there can be a bit of play in the bar. then torque your link assembly bolts first, followed by the bushing mounts. seems its hard to get the right torque spec on the link assembly if you dont have the bar aligned 100%.

do you have just the sway bar installed? or have you done shocks and springs?
Yea, I'm almost 100% sure its in right. I dont see how it could go in any other way.

I have just the sway bar, although with the deal Ken is offering right now, I might just have to buy the springs.
This is about the 4th time this has popped up and they need to be torqued down. Double check them and you'll lose the clunking.
