For how long do you have your TRD springs??
I think since around July? The damn springs are so low now it's beginning to annoy me. My shocks/struts seem to be holding up though; no bouncy-bouncy here!

What do you mean by "annoying"??
I'm getting some extremely occasional rubbing with my +35 offset 17x7 wheels & stock size tires, because the car sits so low, the springs are soft enough to remain bearable, the shocks don't dampen the bound sufficiently and NYC's roads are asphalt and concrete hell (blame the trucks and salt).

first off i think your car looks nice. its clean. the stance is nice for my taste. from what i can tell in the picture it looks to me like your wheels and tires are sitting almost flush with the edge of the fender itself. if im wrong please tell me but you could correct that by having the inside of the fender rolled up out of the way just around the top where the tire is rubbing. the only other choice really to be able to have your car sit at the height you want it without worrying about it rubbing would be to get coil overs. i have the tien s-techs on my car and it sits just a little lower then your in the front and with the stock wheels and tires i dont rub any. but when i put my 18's on it rubs the plastic fenderwell. i had to cut some out. it sits low enough that the tread of the tire is level with the bottom of the fender. but thats the look i like. im going to get a set of coilovers so i can sit it the way i want and not have to worry about it rubbing. nomatter what you do though good luck.

Oh; no, I still have somewhere around a 3/8" of gap between the top of the tire and the edge of the fender.

Ed, I dont think that you should be particularly worried. I mean, TRD probably took into account SOME settling in the design phase. I'd think that it's nothing to worry about. I too have the TRD Shocks/Suspension combo and when I got the car, I think that it was about a 2" drop. I think that it may have settled, but not by much.

Yeah, It's been harsher for me, too. Ed says his car is just the opposite, though... weird.

so ed, how much did it cost u to install the springs at the dealer?
My dealer killed me on that; I'm contemplating never going back (~$900 to install the front brakes incorrectly and the springs).

have they lowered enough for rubbing or scraping on driveways or anything?
I'm fairly careful about this in general, lowered or not, and so far I've only been in two situations where my car was scraping a tiny bit in the center when cresting steep rises/ramps. It's not terrible, to be honest.
