Dont go cheap with tools. There all lifetime warranties but do you want to run to sears every week your craftsman ratchet needs its bearings replaced? Spend the extra money and buy something you'll use with no worries for the rest of your life. I recommend Snap-On, Matco, or Mac. Snap-On has the better prices and dealers.
