Craftsmen is what i buy for most of my tools, but i also have some kobalt and some snap on. Craftsmen is ok for day to day stuff, but in the end it is all comes down to how much you abuse the stuff. You can buy whatever you want, but it will break, eventually, so make sure you have something with a warranty.
