Which header is the best for our Tc?? What do you think???

the stock headers are best. you dont get a CEL (check engine light) and you dont have to pay any extra to get one. also you arn't breaking a federal law by removing your catalytic converter. you could have found all this out by doing a search.

To actually answer your question -

The alphawerks headers have a dyno showing gains greater than Megan or DC Sports, but the AW headers cost $800 while the other two are about $250.

AW dropped the price to the same $300 level as the rest, but it still does not make it worth the money.

And you still have same HP!!!

The best headers You can get will increase your hp by 3% max.(surprised?)In your tC it is going to be 4-5 horses.
So,headers are useless, unless You got something under the hood.
If You run turbo or SC the hp gain increases (don't ask me why

) in geometrical progression (not exactly but close) Let's say You got 340 hp using turbo. twice more than stock. 3% times 3 =9% so you get about 30 horses.
Now it makes differents, doesn't it?
Hope You understand. save your money for sc or turbo for now.

There are many dyno's (check scionlife) showing 10-15hp gains on otherwise stock tC's....

3% = .03 != .3

4hp x 4hp = 16hp^2 which is probably a derivative of sorts taken from accelration of a falling horse.

On that specific car.

Every car will yield different results, even with different exhausts. The tC's stock exhaust isn't as bad as your average stock car, so there isn't nearly as much to gain. It's perfectly reasonable to do it for changes in sound but as far as performance goes, don't expect a dramatic improvement over stock.
