Lately when I've been driving my car will just shut off randomly. It will start back up again no problem. When my car shuts off the oil light and battery light come on. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Check your oil!! You're most likely dangerously low and have ruined your engine. That light should never EVER come on..it only senses when you lose oil pressure, NOT low oil. Do a compression test as well.

i've seen this happen due to faulty alternator.

My car did the same, i have a stick tC with subs so I thought it was a voltage issue but after looking at the car for a bit it turned out that my battery terminals were loose and corroded so I just replaced them and hooked everything back up, it’s running well now.

Check the canister purge valve. Took over a year and a half to find the issue. I will never forget canister purge valve
