I'm pretty juiced up on valium right now and some lortab...so any typos are a result from a drug induced haze.....
Coming home from work today I was stopped to turn left at my street when I was rear-ended by a 16 year old driving what looked to be an older model SUV, probably a old bronco or surburban. 40 mph impact that threw my car about 25 feet past my street I was turning onto. Needless to say I got pulled out of my car by the fire department on a neck and back board and taken to the ER at my hospital. X-rays negative, on 10 mg valium and a lortab and currently going to get my digital camera and go to the place where it was towed to pull you up some nice....graphic pictures.
Toyota dealership thinks it'll be repaired just fine since it was a direct rear end collision (thoughts, anyone)?? I was apparently non-concussed since I was directing my mom to rip off all my additions in case they were going to total it to place on my new one.
So....pictures to follow shortly unless I'm zonked out (40% there already) and I'll let you know what's going to be done with it....but...any of you that have the bazooka subwoofer in the back panel....it took a 40mph collision and was *still* pumping out the bass. Hehe...and apparently the back glass did not shatter at all. More to follow......god damn 16 year old drivers............
Be back in a bit, guys. Working on getting the ball rolling in getting everything....fixed hopefully...or a new car, if not. Oh and a visit from my lawyer since I can't return to work for 4 days and I have a pretty bad whiplash injury. No collar...but luckily nothing fractured/popped out/ slipped disc....no fractured ribs, no broken anything. I'll keep you guys posted.
