Yeah. If I was going to install lights, I'd definitely go with the amber.

Yeah, I wanted the blue lights at first, but then when I found out the dash didn't come in blue also, I opted to get the amber to make everything match.

What Scion needs is a kit where you could have BOTH blue and amber in AND under the dash. I'd buy that in a heatbeat!

I suppose you can buy both....

Im with you on the amber they are waiting at the dealership waiting for these damn hurricanes to stop running over florida (had to cancel my appointment this weekend then it hasn't turned yet so I could have got them!!!!!!!!!!!!)

amber is definitely much nicer.

so, is it a factory option or an aftermarket installment? i remember seeing the "light kit" on scion site when i was checkin' the price for my future tc, but i don't remember the choice of colors...

It is a factoery option, but you could order it and install it yourself if you want (much cheaper!!) The only reason I am having mine installed by the dealer is because they are giving them to me for free because of my wait for the car!!! nice guys at scion of orlando!!

Bleah, I'm for trying to get RID of as much amber light as possible in my tC, not adding more...

yeah... uhh... not a fan. I don't like neons at all. But I would like to change the color of the gauges... to maybe red.

I like the amber color. In fact, I am making some custom amber led's right now for an amp rack for the rear of my tc. Its pretty fun, because I haven't messed around with led's before. As soon as I get done, I'll post some pics.
