Hey inev if you ever drive on Auburn Folsom you know its full of 45mph turns I once took one of thoughs turns at 105 by mistake. Your tC will do more than you know, and thats whats scary about it. Not recomended if you don'y have the 18's for safety sake.

I didn't mean it like that. But the 18's do come with decent rubber and are a little wider. Now of course I could buy larger width rims and that would do it but when I test drove a tC last summer on the 17's I was not happy with the tires at all. But then I test drove one in Auburn with 18's and I was sold, wow what a difference.

You probley loose more than that with regular tires.
