what's the condition of the rims without tires and do they come with lugs and centre caps by any chance?

rims are in perfect condition and yes they come with the centercaps, I will even clean them before they are shipped. The lugs will be available if you want them I am waiting for my rims to come in with new lock nut/lugs.
