No, I haven't. I just noticed that a lot of people have been askin a lot of questions of tint laws in their own state. Decided to help all those lazy people like me, who didnt want to search for it. That's why I think it should be a sticky if there hasn't already been one. Anyway, just tryin to make it easier for them newbies like me.
