HAHA...yup. I get a nice big Shock practically everytime I exit. I posted about this on scionlife too. Seems that this happens to A LOT of people. Probably a bad factory ground, loose wire, or bad connection.
But will scion do anything to fix it?????NO. Not unless everyone who has the problem actually complains about it.

Thats one thing I don't like about 'some' tc owners. They just seem so stoked that they got a nice looking new car they seem almost unable to admit theres some problems and ticks that NEED to be worked out.

I don't think it's the weather cause it used to happen in my old car all the time, but not in my new car. In fact I can believe it's the seat material cause the old car had velvet like seats which gave me the creeps but now I have leather and no problems. I Wonder how much it would be to get aftermarket leather in the tC.... the seat material is really weird it changes color depending on color reflection from the outside, on some cars it looks blueish, on others purple or red while I'm told it's really just grey/black

It is $750-$1,250 depending on where you get it done and what kind of leather you get, and I don't know what you're talking about as far as the tC's seats changing colors.
