I did a search and came up empty. I got a letter today from Scion about the recent service campaign on my 05 tC sunroof. It apologized for any inconvenience that may have occurred and said "as a token of appreciation for your confidence in our brand, please accept the ENCLOSED limited edition JADA tC produced specially for Scion." I only got the letter in a flat envelope so there was nothing enclosed. I did the Scion live chat thing and they are looking into it as others have got the same letter and no model either. It appears that there was supposed to be a little model tC as well. Anyone get the little car?

I am not sure...probably. I could not pin down the Scion chat rep. on it. She is checking on the status and will get back to me in 2 days or so. I was hoping that someone here might have gotten theirs so I could find out what I did not get! The letter was dated Dec. 21, 2005. Interestingly enough...the letter has a parcel post postage permit no.

I never got the 'letter' but my dad works for Toyota so he brings me all kinds of little Scion things they have. And at one time I got a Scion tC cardboard model that I had to fold into looking like a car.

Thanks for your reply. I had that little cardboard thing too. It came out of the Scion Magazine. I did stay on line with Scion long enough to know that that is not what they sent..or supposed to have sent me. Hey...I am a guy...even if I am an old one...still like my toys!
It appears Scion sub-contracted out the sending of the item and that is the problem. They did not send out the item themselves.

I got a email from Scion on saturday confirming that the model should be shipped and for sure received in 4-6 weeks. They were supposed to send me a letter that it was coming first...but reversed the letters with the one they were supposed to send with the car. I love to get toys in the mail! 50 Year old (nearly) big kid!!

I would think so. I guess it is not too limited edition....it is only fair. I don't think it was a contest or anything. Since I started this thread..all I have still gotten is a letter ..no model yet. I have faith it will get here though.
