I relaly couldn't tell yaa..i heard though if those plates were removed you get better airflow to the airbox...well i didn't feel like taking them out so i just drilled holes to get somewhat of extra air through there...it was quite easy and well fun...

Don't know that I would start drilling my new car before having some concrete results in mind.

But, to each his own...

there is a way but i didn't want to deal with removing the scratch guard underneath so i said screw it ill drill holes...

should have done this

if you get tired of it, you can put the plastic cap back in place

the first pic? I couldnt see anything but a reflection of a fence. The second one had a hole on the front, behind the corner mesh grill

I read the post...just don't think it is going to be anything noticeable. The mind is a powerful thing. It's like giving a kid with ADHD a placebo and the parents actually think it is working. If you like it, good...that's all that matters in the end. It is creative...I'll give you that much...props on doing something
