hes talking about the tC logo on the bottom right...
its just double sided sticky tape...
i took it off with a heat gun and put it back on...
still compromising inside my head which to stay with..
if i can figure a way to attach it to the front grill
ill debadge...


anyone know a way to paint the reat emblem with the bottle of touchup paint...
or should i just spray it an offwhite?...

i don't know about this from experience but my buddy has a type-s and he said to use a blow dryer and pull very slowly, and if there is any glue left rub it out with your finger and don't use your nail or anything else.

I remember reading about a guy who made custom emblems that fit exactly over the oval scion emblem. Anyone remember who that was?

Hi all.. i got my tc last month(silver) and i been makinga few small detail modifications in the look of the car and in this case the rear emblems i remove it (S AND TC) and make a hard plastic chrome sticker with the same shape of the emblem (s) now it look like a mirrow emblem nice the i can tell and i got sold one of them in ebay just to try .......it work!!!!!! same way i got the front grille the i buy in home depot make the moulding (not easy job but i got it right) with not emblem if is any way to show you guys pictures tru this forum i will but i dont know how.....well u can try ebay item #7958486557
like that i'll be making more modificationes aoutside and inside and im bout to finish the gages in chrome to and like this along the way
it may be good ideas for other without paying $100's W/U THINK?

Last weekend, I got the itch to do some emblem painting. I read through a howto post and went for it. I took pics along the way, including the infamous: What does it look like without the emblems?!??!1

Here are the results:

Here are the missing emblems:

The holes are alignment holes, there are no clips that go into them. The emblems are made from PLASTIC, not aluminum. You'll also notice the missing tC badge. I used a little dental floss and some side to side action, cleaned up the remaining adhesive with my finger and some wax.
