^^ Very slowly on a very warm day (or use a hairdryer). And yes, there are holes.
What holes?
tC emblem is just plastic with double sided tape. No holes.

How about the rear emblem? Ho to remove it?

Also, Zoltiz when you painted your did you sand it first?
I would sand it with a very very fine grit first and then paint it...
Or, should we use a primer first?

ANyone with any experience in painting plastic (the SCION emblems are plastic I assume)??

I think zoltiz was referring to the Scion logo emblem, which does have holes behind it and which I'm pretty sure is metal. The "tC" emblem is plastic and does not leave holes.

OK. basilisk, so the SCION logos in the front and back are aluminum, right?

How do you remove them and how you paint them?

Should you sand it first to allow the paint to grip the surface, or use any special alu primer?

How about the wheel paint? This should be made for aluminum, correct?

Please let me know...

Thanks,

Someone with some actual knowledge about painting want to answer his question?  I could try, but it would be silly.
I found this on the web, this process includes sanding (scocthbrite). I will check availability of the prodcuts mentioned... Also, I apprently ALU oxydizes easily allowing for a very thin layer of oxidation which when painted flakes and peels (like in zoltiz example). One to avoid that is to sand the surface and then use an etching (acidic) primer...
