1: the mounts are just hoks that go through rubber hangers, usually a bitch, there just a matter of gettin the hook through the rubber hanger. a trick is to use a long screwdriver as a lever to pull the rubber mount toward the hook for some slack
2 as for the spring bolts, they unscrew like normal bolts, they are there so the motor can flex (if u dont know what i mean open ur hood and rev the engine while looking at it, it rocks back and forth)
good luck witht the install, if ur jacking the car up USE JACKSTANDS!
