I had a turbocharged Honda del sol (b16a) with a turbonetics kit set off at 8psi. Put about 40k miles on it after the install, 68k all together. It ran fine untill a truck hit me. I've come to believe that reliability goes hand in hand with operator abuse. I mean if I wanted to, I wouldn't need a turbo or a supercharger to blow an engine. I know my education in engineering is limited but from a design stand point any added stress will fatigue the engine components faster. Just be good to it and don't go crazy on the boost if you go turbo.
