Does anyone have the TRD lowering springs and have some pictures? And also, anyone with them have any feedback on how much it compromises ride quality? Just curious cause I was considering getting them. Thanks in advace,

pics are ALL over scion life, and i belive some are actually right here in "members pics" section of this site. Ride quality is a little firmer without being punishing. Enjoy. - t
Just added two pics of my black sand pearl tc ((hint hint... Look in member pics)) to my thread. The ride quality is ok... Just be careful about going over speedbumps or dips. Not too bad though... Car looks much better with the springs.

hmmmmmmm i get the feeling your not happy with the firmness of the springs. Thats the exact reason im hesitant on getting them. I lowered my mustang, and it was HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLL driving around on streets in Boston. The tC is a cadillac to me as far as comfort and i dont know if i want to ruin that. - t

I'm very happy with the ride of the springs... its not bad at all... I personally can't tell the difference myself. I just worry about scraping the bottom of my car when I go over bumps and stuff... besides that its great.
Thanks for the info. I think I'll hold off. Maybe until next summer. Cause winters here in buffalo at brutal, and I'm not sure if I'm going to have my winter car fixed in time.

Hey tCrazy, you in Boston too? Yeah, I want the springs but know I would pay for it here, especially with the Big Dig always creating new roads wiht plenty of dips and potholes,

I was thinking the ground effects would be a better way to go. That way if anything i might bump the effects and not actually be smashing any chassis metal into the ground. I think the way the effects are tapered that the clearance for speed bumps and pulling into driveways/gas-stations/whatever would be better than having the springs. I dunno though... this is my first new car and first time ever considering thsi type of stuff.

2-3 more weeks to wait...
