so i got my first oil change at 5000 miles. Since i somewhat race my car at times, should i get my next oil change at 8k miles? or should i wate and get it done at 10k?

every 3000 is how i do it...unless you go synthetic then you can go at least 5000....racing and city use also wears the oil faster than strictly highway driving

The maintenance guide for the tC recommends an oil change every 5000 miles.
