It's all a bundle so I would imagine the only way to get it cheaper is to buy it used or find a totalled tC that had them and are intact.
OEM Foglight Mount
Is there any place I can get the mount that replaces the lower grill that the OEM foglights go into? I want to use my own set of lamps but like the OEM mounting kit. Sorry if this has been discussed before I couldn't find anything in SEARCH.

you can get the whole kit
BLACK OUTER ABS PLASTIC FRONT BUMPER GRILLE + HALO FOG LIGHTS W/ HALOGEN BULBS INSTALLED.
from ebay for $160-$175 plus shipping, ordered mine when i ordered my tc (the fog lights came first). They are good quality and easy to install. The hardest part is wiring a switch through the firewall (i think?)....
