It's totally possible to get a custom one made. It'll be some money though..

As per running N2O everyday, it wouldn't matter unless you're at WOT all day. If you rarely hit WOT then it won't cost any more than what it cost to buy and install. That is, unless you have a switch that allows you to shoot N2O before WOT and you're shooting it all the time.

Other than that, using a WOT switch will make it so that it only shoots when you actually need the speed.

I would venture to say that N2O gives more power than F/I for less money AND allows the relative conservation of fuel.

Mostly. You still need a window switch so that the N2O cuts off if you violate redline and hit the rev limiter. Nitrous will tend to make the engine try to work after redline even with the rev limiter engaged and make the cut cylinders run super lean. Not a pretty picture.

I said before, I will not be running it all the time. I just want to have a setup that is pretty reliable so "IF" I did run it all the time it could. I plan on using it once or twice a month at the track, to shut up some of these damn Honda Guys. I think my setup is pretty good but, I am looking forever ones opinion.

I hate to relate stories like this one from friends but I heard of a sprayed car that injected its throttlebody plate because the bottle kept shooting after the throttle was released. I don't think that's easily possible.. but it's a fun story.

The manufacturer of the N2O system doesn't matter. Plastic manifolds shatter if you get a nitrous backfire. The tC manifold is plastic. There are no options for metal. If it backfires, it will kill the engine until you get a new manifold. Backfires are not uncommon.

im curious how the zex kit works. I know the zex kits use the throttle position sensor for wide open throttle. do you just use the WOT switch instead? also since it is a returnless fuel system do you just tap off of the main fuel line before the fuel rail? Also would progressive rate NO2 controller work for this kit and make it easier on the car?
