I got some black/chrome 18" rims that are 215/35/18 and i want to know if they'll fit without rubbing. or what the best type of tire for my tc?

There are a few problems with this question but I'll try to help you fix that.

Your measurements are for tires. Are you asking what size wheels to go with those tires? Or is it that you got 18" wheels of an unknown width that are supposed to fit 215/35-18 tires? We need to know the following data before we can answer the, "will it fit/will it rub," question:

Wheel diameter, rim width, bolt pattern and hub offset (center bore is not critical for tC)

Tire tread width, profile percentage and wheel diameter.
