best bet is gonna be some very mild glass polish ! - t
do you mean literally mix water with vinegar and use that on the windows, or is there a product that contains this stuff? thanksOriginally posted by Tchi@Oct 10 2004, 05:42 PM
I'd first try using a vinegar/water solution then move on to a polish or glaze if it doesn't work.
Thanks Tcrazy. It's great to have a place to kick back, put up my feet, learn stuff, and hopefully help out a fellow tC owner.Originally posted by TCrazy@Oct 10 2004, 06:46 PM

i washed my car yesterday night with Armor All Car Wash Concentrate. the sun had already gone down when i started washing it. when i was done, i put the car back in the garage. this morning when i saw my car, it had a bunch of water spots in many places, especially on the hood, trunk, and all of my glass. it wasn't too hard to get the spots off of the paint, but my windows have a bunch of water spots all over them that won't come off. i tried plain water, windex, and a special car glass cleaner to try and get the spots off the windows and none of that stuff did much of anything. i think the spots are a result of the soap because i tried scraping a few spots on the windows with my fingernail and stuff scaraped off but the outline of the spots still remained and i can still see them. is this a result of the soap (which i think is the case) or is it a result of hard water or something like that? either way, how do i get the spots off? they look horrible.
