#@$### My a.m reception is dying, right in the middle of football season.

Is the (I have an '05) standard Pioneer head unit warrantied for 36k miles?

Not real happy about this.

My fm is fine I had to turn head unit to vol 51 to hear any of the Raiders game.

It's all stations from all locations? If so, your reciever is probably going bad, although it could be a problem with your antenna or the wiring. I'd take it in for warranty service ASAP.

yeah it could be either, definitely take it in, you probably need a new radio.. even I have had problems with the stock unit, had it replaced a couple of times for different things..

someone else on a different forum was complaining about AM reception with the radio.. you're not alone some of these units are bad.. get another headunit and don't let the dealer give you excuses a lot of dealers love to do that.. Hopefully you'll go to one like mine who doesn't give excuses just fixes it..
