dynamat = no help, my license plate still rattles. Is there anything else that i could possibly do to make it stop vibrating. here's the fix..

go to lowes or any home improvement place.. get yourself some VINYL (closed loop is good for outside applications) foam tape (weather stripping) and apply it to the backside of the license plate, but the bottom edge.. make sure that the license plate is pushing against car (through the foam tape)so that it doesn't move around.. you may have to bend your license plate a little.. but that does stop it

edit: the foam tape i'm talking about has a self-adhesive side to it.. so you can stick it to the license plate..
