So I just placed my order for my lowering springs and door sill enhancements. Not even 2 minutes later Ken had already emailed me. It may have been automated, but it didn't take long at all. Props to Ken for having the best site for #### for our cars out there.

I ordered something from ken last week, and he emailed me back in about 2min. It was NOT automated. I had forgotten to put my zip code in the order form...

We exchanged a few emails back and forth, and every one was very quick and friendly. It's a strange feeling buying something from somebody who acts like a real person and treats you like a real person.

So to update, I ordered my stuff yesterday, I got the tracking number later on yesterday, and my stuff will be here tomorrow. That's some awesome turn around.
