"Worth it or not" is totally subjective. Depends what your plan for the car is. One thing is definite - ordering options with your car from the dealer is not worth it - buy accessories online and install them yourself / with your friends / etc - that would cut your cost by 50% or more.
You can see in my sig what I have - everything was self-installed. Also have a TRD muffler on order - just to play with it, see if I like it - if not - it goes back on eBay.
