I am not a big sedan guy, but I was staring at the latest GS recently, and then I saw this:

Much more refined looking than the previous one. I like that alot.
I can't stop staring at the headlights in that third picture...
if they make a sedan version of the tC... i think they should base it off of that... that thing is sexy
That's aesthetically a vast improvement over the Altezza. I bet they ditcthed the 2JZ though, does it come with a manual?
Its ugly yet elegant, yet beautiful... wtf.

They don't have much info on the website yet but they are offering a 2.5 which I assume is a 4 cylinder. Maybe a little bit bigger version of our engine? The other engine is the 3.5 liter v6.
The video on the site said that they'll have 2 v6 engines - 2.5 / ~200hp, and 3.5 ~300hp, sounded like 300hp will be in 6-speed paddle shift auto only, and 200hp will be in both rwd and awd. Nothing in print yet, though.

The thing is based on the GS platform with a differently tuned suspension (duh). Supposed to be in your grocer's freezer next February.
Hmm, 2.5 litre v6 huh? interesting....
Oddly, I like the old one better...
I prefer the old one as well except for the added horsepower in this one!!
I like it.
I have a couple of friends with the old one. I loooove it. I was going to get it before i found out its like the highest insurance car ever so i had to settle for the tC (which i still love).

the 250 awd sounds niceee

This new one looks pimp as hell n id get it if i had that kinda cash...
looks like a 4 door tC in the 4th picture...haha very nice though

Me too.
I love Toyotas, but if I were looking at this class, I don't know how I could choose the new IS over the new TSX.
IMO, I think it's a totally different car, I can't even see the resemblence to the old IS, aside from it being a sedan. I think it looks mighty sweet and they'll give the TSX a run for their money with more than just one engine/drivetrain choice. 4wd = sex.

I agree again...

Stop that.
zygote loves me.
