hey guys, i had my car (my first stick car) for a lil over a month now, and i have about 900 miles on my car... but tehres one thing that concerns me... sometimes i dont engage the clutch, and my car accidentally revs up to 3~4. do you think that did anything harmful to my engine? any tips?

Haha, I hope not. I'm at 800ish miles and I've had it up at 6K once or twice. I'm trying to take it easy, but DAMN, it's hard. I'm going to get the oil changed at 1500... My philosophy is that driving it easy for a while is good, "break it in" and whatever, but you also have to break in the higher rev's, you know, if after 3000 miles your car has never seen 5500rpm, it's not going to be to happy when you go, "ok, i'm all broken in now, time to race!"
