I have talked to a few people. Apple now has an idock that plugs into your home stereo using a line out. We think we can use that to attach it to a car stereo. Just put the dock in the glove box. It should work.
My friend has a iPod that has a line out. We plug it in on fridays at the bar we work at. Works great. I know the stock radio doesnt have a aux in, but my sony does. If I ever get the money I just have to plug in the RCA cables and away we go. I know some people think sony is cheap but I paid about $300 for my radio two years ago and it has line in for and auxilary, line out for the sub, and line outs for each the fronts and rears. It rocks. Oh and by the way it has a remote. Is that cool or what.
My good friend rocks a Sony and an iPod.
this ipod shuffles are so light and tiny
you could put it possibly anywhere
Given 5 minutes and a set of RCA cables, I could hook my iPod up to my Panasonic head unit if I were so inclined.
I use my shuffle with the OEM deck all the time. You need the PIE adaptor and a 1/4" to RCA plug. Once done, simply press the CD button and viola!
