This is a 2013 TC eb60 with about 90k miles on it. It is swapped into an mr2 spyder but that's not important. The eb60 has a known input shaft bearing problem. The throwought bearing is new from aisin so its not that. The sound comes on when the clutch engages.
It seems like it is the input shaft bearing, but when I had the transmission open it didn't seem like anything was wrong with it. I didn't do a through test but from the outside, spinning the transmission from the input shaft was easy and not choppy.
When in driving the car, especially when it is up to temperature, there is no real sound difference. No vibrations either. Any idea?

(In the video I'm pressing and releasing the clutch about twice per second)
