ok guys, well i think we have narrowed it down to me either going with the Injen axle-back exhaust for $330 shipped, or the TRD exhaust for $440 shipped. Which one should I go with?

Seriously, I never harp on people to use the search feature.. but this is one of those discussions that has been beaten to death. Please search. You'll find a ton of threads with what people think about those, and other exhausts.
well, i have the greddy so im not being favorite to one or the other but considering the price id go for the injen and use the rest of the money for something else. also the fact that the injen is a straight through design so it has less bends in it.

Not to mention he's got 3 threads going about basically the same topic: "Which exhaust do I buy?".

Back on topic, I really can't help you pick which exhaust to get... I'm still indecisive about it myself. Good luck finding which one makes you happy.

Where is Plissken when you need him? Please search for this topic. I would say that there is at least 5 threads on this.

INJEN
ok guys I apologize for beating the subject to death, but as you can see to the left of my reply's the word "newbie" is present. Enough said. I am learing how the forum world works now, so dont expect the same stupid threads. Once again I'm sorry
cade01, don't worry about it. Everyone has to learn sometime. Welcome to the site!

dont we only need one person handling the "try and search" function?
i agree with some above, go with injen unless you find the noise levels not up to what you enjoy or perhaps the looks. depends on what its important to you, and specifics help when hoping for well thought out, complete feedback.

I love my injen, and it wasn't hard to install myself. Has a nice deep tone and doesn't stick out too far (making it a non rice exhaust). I have now recommended this exhaust in atleast 20 different topics

I have the TRD exhaust, and its ok (it does sound good). But if you want performance, im sure Injen has more to offer. Because all the TRD one does is sound good, no performance gain whatsoever.
I think any exhaust system offers practically no power increase anyway..

Wow, thanks for the link, I was getting ready to get one from trdsparks.com but that was $463 shipped. Thanks!
I can get the TRD exhaust for 370$ from scionpartspeople.com but that still doesnt help me decide which exhaust to go with. such a hard decision.
Stock and $300+ cash.
The TRD exhaust it just for looks. It basically has no gain. I say go with the Injen or just leave it stock. The Injen has a pretty nice gain and it isn't too loud. You won't sound like one of those Hondas with the can of bees chasing it.

Go with the Injen you will be much happier.

**Shameless Plug**

If decide to go with the Injen let me know.

^^ he is right... I got mine from Ken and it arrived in 2 or 3 days. Great price and the Injen is worth the money.
