Maybe it was their head scraping the roof

The guy I bought my TRD exhaust from said he installed it on his and smelled a burning popcorn smell for a while.. then it went away.

I didn't smell it, myself, but my sense of smell sucks.

nice soundgin exhaust...honestly I dont like the look of the exhaust though...too ricey otherwise I would buy it....TRD or HKS for me....nice purchase BTW

im not trying to start an argument here but your saying the injen looks too ricey...the HKS looks like a huge angled coffee can underneath the rear bumper.

I heard that when you are installing a new exhaust it sound a little bit louder in the first 2 weeks?? Is it true??

Im not sure, maybe its all in my head but it does seem a bit not as loud than when I first installed it. Im prob. just gettin used to it though. Oh and honeslty, the only three exhaust systems i like for the tc are the trd, injen, and magnaflow. I don't think the injen looks ricer becuase theres not that big of a difference in looks, you have to actually look under the car or get down on one knee to see it as "big".

How long did it take you to actually install the exhaust, I wouldnt imagine it would take that long a couple bolts and your done.

The hardest part is removing the stock exhaust - those bolts are torqued on. Getting the hanging posts off the rubber grommets is a HUGE pain. It took me a couple hours to change my exhaust to the TRD cuz i didn't really have all the right tools and the leverage to get in there as well as i wanted. Plus it was cold out.

Yea, getting the stock exhaust off was the hard part. Honestly, if you take your time, and i mean really take your time, you can still get done in about an hour.

Yes I did!!

A week ago!! But I didn't have time to instal it!!

Plus I have to visit my stillership (dealership) tomorrow!!

Trust me, after driving around with this exhaust for about a week, im in LOVE. At first i was like " ah this is really good" Now, im obssessed with it. I promise you, you are going to love this exhaust and your gona be reving your engine quite a bit just to hear it lol.

Instalation was really simple! I spend arount 40-50 min all together!!! I like the sound!! It is Really Deep!!!! And thanks God it is not rice!!!
