I talked to some people at injen and they said that the CAI would be released in 2-3 weeks. The person I spoke to wasnt sure about CARB approval though. We'll just have to wait and see.

Us southeasterners don't give a damn about CARB, so they should just release it for us and work on CARB exemption for those "other" states.

I'm sick of other people suffering or waiting just because of a few idiot politicians in California.
Ahh, but just wait, bumpkins of the "lower states"... CARB guidelines are being more widely adopted. Texas and Nevada both follow CARB and mandate dyno-smogs. Last I heard, Mass was following suit. Another 4 of 5 years and it will be no more test-pipes and cutouts for the rest of you either.

It's California. The biggest, richest kid in the class, determined to ruin the fun for everyone else.

speaking of....Arnold Schwarzeneggar just called my house (automated sadly to say)....i wonder how much money those automated calls cost? hey who cares, not like the money could eb better spent, right?
OMG I would love to get an automated call from arnold. HAHAHA that would be great......"THIS IS ARNOULD, WHO IS YOUR DADDY AND WHAT DOES HE DO?" "I AM THE MAYOR!!!" ah
yeah i gotta admit i was a bit shocked at first.....lol
I have the Injen CAI and I was told it was CARB approved when they sent it to me.... not sure why they would lie to me about that OR why they would wait so long to release it if it is already approved? I've had it for a couple months now.
How did you get it a couple months ago? Is there a CARB sticker?
I have connections...

I'm not sure if there is a sticker on it because I didn't get a chance to look at it before it was installed. I haven't really paid much attention to it....
Well even if yours doesn't have a CARB exempt sticker that doesn't mean the final product that us peons get won't be 50 state legal.

It does feel a bit powerful and is definitely louder especially at higher RPMs.
