I just installed the INJEN CAI last night and all I can say is ... OH MY F*CKING GOD! What a differnce especially in 2nd and 3rd gear in the 4500 to 5500 RPM Range. The sound is incredible. I waited almost a year for the damn AEM that will never come out. I am telling you, this is one of the best bang for the buck MODS available. I paid $230. plus $17.00 shipping and insurance off of Ebay. I got it from California in about 3 days. I decided to have it installed as a short ram after talking to a Toyota master tech and the problems he's seen with installing the full unit up front. He's seen customers who have installed the full unit having engines bogged down with water making the engine stall. I don't need that with the rain we get in Chicago. When I take my ride to Black Hawk Farms Raceway, I'll install the full unit.

If you dont wanna spend 250bucks for a CAI cause that is just WAY to much..You can try these people. The material is a composite plastic and strong..does nto get hot like metal would..I made up and intake for my XRunner that gets fed air from the hoodscoop on the truck

I used that Modular intake stuff and bought the pieces I need and the filter...Stuff is pretty cheap the tubes pieces cost me 40bucks but the filter was 30..So it was like total of 80bucks...But I am pleased with the look.
Here is the company..You can design ANY intake you want..Stuff is really great and high quality. I do have a heat shield under the filter now and all the lines are plumbed into the pipe. So its tad different then pic. Sounds awsome to.
