I've searched the forums on how to remove the actual headlamps, but I haven't found anything. Can anybody tell me how to remove them? Or point me to a link? I only see like 2 screws, and it looks like I have to remove the front bumper to get to the headlamps, but I don't want to do that unless I'm sure.

Yes, you have to remove the bumper.
