Are there any pointers out there on how to color the black part like this pix ^^

i want one on my tC heh. you think the've painted it or customized it?

if you think it is painted, im currious what paint did they use heh.

I don't personally know how to do it. I vaguely remember seeing a brief how-to on disassembling the headlight housing somewhere...if not here perhaps on scionlife.
